SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Only a parent or legal guardian may enter their child's/children's artwork and, by doing so, they give NOCF permission to publish those submissions.
    

2. Children between 5 and 17 years old are eligible to participate.
    

3. Only one submission per child per calendar year.
    

4. Photograph of the art only:

   1. Preferred formats ~ JPG; TIF

   2. 2560 x 1440 pixels

   3. 72 ppi

   4. Max size of 15MB
       

5. For child's security, NOCF requires and will publish just 3 pieces of information:

   1. First Name

   2. Age

   3. Title of Artwork
       

6. Artwork may take on many forms, to include drawings, paintings, miniatures, and dioramas. If in doubt, contact novacharities@gmail.com.
    

7. Artwork must be “appropriate.” In this circumstance, NOCF defines appropriate as suitable for publication on its website and for the age group. “Inappropriate” artwork would include controversial themes such as politics, graphic sexuality, violence. If in doubt, contact novacharities@gmail.com.
    

8. Child's parent must use the online form to submit artwork.
